As a Customer Success Lead, you have the unique opportunity to impact and shape one of the most innovative companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—we are growing quickly, and you will be instrumental in supporting Notabene’s customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. Your role includes focusing on building customer loyalty and nurturing long-term relationships. You’ll proactively identify customers’ business needs and suggest new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Notabene products. You’ll become a trusted, first go-to partner to whom our customers turn to in case of any issues and challenges related to the Notabene product. You’ll have a high-level view of the customer lifecycle and use this perspective to add value for your customers—and your company.
